Whisky is often paired with cheese, chocolate, or other delicious foodstuffs. But why stop there? In this unique tasting we pair three drams of specially-chosen whisky with a selection of carefully-chosen media and experiences.

Your tipples may be accompanied by a painting, a story, a specific scent, a moment from a film, a texture, a tone, a toy from the 1990s, a costume, a soundscape, a snack or song… or any combination of these.

Whatever the pairing, it will have been carefully chosen to present the whisky in a new and specific light.

Some whiskies are best drunk in the rain, or while listening to a bittersweet song, or while brewing a cup of tea in a hillside bothy. At this Postmodern Pairing we’ll explore these exciting possibilities over the course of a 90-minute, three-dram tasting.
